Delivery & Handling UK SHIPPING  You have a chooice of delivery method  when you check out please choose one,Smaller items are usually sent by Standard Royal Mail Services (First or Second Class Post or Standard Parcel Service). For larger items we will use Parcel Force

NB Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and BFPO parcels may be subject to an extra charge, dependent on the weight of the parcel - customers will be contacted by e-mail first if this is the case and will be asked to confirm if they wish the order to proceed.

Deliverys, At present we only deliver to the UK only.

We aim to dispatch most orders Next day of receipt of Payment, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order.Bank Holiday and Chrismas period deliverys may take longer. The Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man may take a few days longer and my incure extra charges please email us for a quote.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are dispatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or complaints, should be made in the first instance via e-mail. Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within 5 working days. For items covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, you must fill in the guarantee card and send it to the manufacturers as soon as possible, keeping a note of the manufacturer's contact details for your records.

Royal mail first class

Although Royal Mail endevour to deliver all 1st class items the next day this is not a guaranteed service and in our experience they achieve around 95% next day with the remaining 5% usually taking from 2 - 5 days to arrive although we have had cases where the delay has been longer. Do not select this method if your order value is over £36.00 as this is the maximum compensation value (should your items become lost or damaged) for items sent by 1st Class post.

Your items are classed as delayed for 15 days, then classed as lost where upon YOU can them proceed to make a claim from Royal Mail, we will assist you in every way we can with your claim.

Information given at the time or ordering, or from e-mail/telephone contact, is collected lawfully by Swift Pet Supplies and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect this information in order to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services you expect. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Swift Pet Supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it. A contract of sale will be deemed to exist between Swift Pet supplies and you (the customer) from the time that the goods are prepared for dispatch. You should therefore be sure that you have read and understand the following.

You have the right to return goods for any reason whatsoever up to seven days after receipt. All items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in good condition, with their original packaging and within a 14 day period of you receiving the goods.

NB The original shipping costs of your order and any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting or return any items by Recorded Delivery or another service that insures against loss or damage. In addition, if the goods have had to be especially ordered or adapted by us then we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

If you are returning goods because they are faulty or because of an error on our part we will gladly give you a 100% refund including carriage costs.

If your package arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. You must also report any damaged packages to the carrier at the time of receipt. We cannot issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed.

We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you decide that the product was a mistake on your part the item's postage must be paid by you to return it.

You can cancel your order by telephone before it is shipped and, unless the goods have been made or altered to your specifications, you will not incur any charge.

If you are returning an item, please let us know the reason for the return.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Swift Pet Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
